Financial Fitness Assessment

Assessing your finanical fitness is one of the best things that you can do for both your financial and mental health wellbeing. 

We have created an assessment tool, which you can either do in one go, or complete each section individually.  

The tool assesses your financial fitness in the areas of:

  • Budgeting
  • Debt Management
  • Pay & Allowances
  • Your Home
  • Your Health
  • Pension & Savings
  • Later Life Planning

The tool will ask you a series of questions and then, at the end, give you the following:

  • a personalised financial fitness score
  • a personalised report with specific actions that you can take to improve your financial fitness and wellbeing.
  • a series of short emails to help you make continues improvements to your wellbeing

Complete the full assessment or individual assessments

You can choose to complete the full assessment which covers each of the areas. This will take about 10-15 minutes.

Or

You can complete individual assessments and choose which topic to assess.  These take between 2 to 5 minutes to complete.
