In addition to the application process, Cate has sat on decision making panels.

In addition to assisting patients and families, Cate also assists Solicitors and other legal professionals as an expert witness.

Scott Lister is a registered nurse and a non-practising solicitor.

At Apex Health Associates, Scott brings two very important skill sets to the company: not only many years of experience and understanding of healthcare issues, but also valuable legal knowledge and expertise as a non-practising solicitor working in a leading legal environment.
